Dew effect paint from the Francesco GUARDI Collezione range is a modern acrylic paint containing strictly selected glass fillers and metallic pigments. Thanks to its characteristics, it may be used for decorating both classical and modern design interiors. The coats created using this paint feature great colour play, colourful reflexes and an extraordinary effect reminiscent of microscopic drops of dew. The dew effect paint is great for living rooms, lobbies, bedrooms or corridors, as well as for restaurants, hotels, conference rooms and for any other room where a unique decorative effect is required.

HOW TO USE

1. SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
   

   Dew effect paint from Francesco GUARDI range must be applied on robust and durable substrates. The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other substances that reduce adhesion. Before painting, prime the substrate with Francesco GUARDI primer or other high quality latex paint with the colour matching the colour of the dew effect paint. Painting may be started after the priming coat has dried, i.e. after at least 24 hours from the end of priming provided that optimum drying conditions were provided (temperature +20°C, humidity 60%).

2. APPLICATION METHOD
   

   Mix the paint before use. Apply paint with a flat brush. Dip the brush into the paint and discard the excess paint. Depending on the desired effect, apply the paint in vertical, horizontal, diagonal or herring-bone pattern, or at random. After covering approx. 1m2, form a pattern using delicate brush movements in the desired direction.

3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
   Apply Francesco GUARDI dew effect paint at substrate and ambient temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, avoiding direct sunlight on painted surfaces both during application and drying.
