IS165 Fibreglass Mesh

The mesh is used as a reinforcement element in the external insulation systems rendered in compliance with the European Technical Assessment (ETA) or with the ITBT Technical Approval.

 System mesh TYTAN IS 165 provides stable reinforcement of thermal insulation systems, both on polystyrene and on mineral wool. It is made of the highest quality E-glass fiberglass impregnated with a latex coating, not acrylic (the latex coating retains its original properties longer than acrylic after being embedded in the adhesive and putty mortar, which translates into the durability of the facade plaster in the thermal insulation system). The hydrophobic additive protects the mesh against the adverse effects of moisture during storage.

 The high tensile strength of the mesh compensates for the stresses that occur due to temperature fluctuations. The precise finishing of the fiber structure with a smooth surface and regular meshes guarantees the dimensional stability of the mesh, and the stable weave ensures durability and mechanical resistance.
